We are Alison and Graham and we feel blessed to live on the beautiful Greek Island of Crete. Since relocating from the UK in 2005 and living in Crete we have been amazed by the beauty of this wonderful island.
Alison & Graham Living in Crete
We simply love its people, its unpolluted environment, its mountainous landscapes; its sun drenched golden beaches and its wide range of flora and fauna.
Living in Crete, we were happy to come across the endemic Dittany of Crete (Origanum dictamnus) right on our doorstep and wanted to learn more and more about this magical plant. Well, after a massive amount of research we've found out lots of interesting and fascinating information about this little pink coloured wild plant. We wanted to share all that we've learnt about Dittany of Crete to anyone who has an interest in Crete, Cretan folklore, wild flowers, herbal therapeutic plants and folklore cures.
